its been far too long to have an excuse not to embelish a web site, to push my web skills first established in 1993, when freshly minted HTML from the NCSA saw us all using mosaicto discover this interesting new form of communication. I recall that we were anticipating that it would change literature itself, what with the ability to variously interconnect a storey to itself, or to distribute a story among several authors. I recall also how wonderful this form of writing, which like a fluid would fill the container you gave it. Hence, my ignoreance of forms and tables to freezeify the layout. I could spend hours watching the lines of text slosh around when i resize the window. La la la la la if it weren't for programming i would do that all day long. But, i digress... I did not think it would change commerce and our socialization as much as it has

who am i professionally

I am a software engineer consultant.
Specializing in application development primarily with C++, C# but have used others...
on Windows, *nix and a long time ago on Mac but not worth mentioning now, what with the Carbonization ^† of that skill set. I have developed applications in embedded environments.

I have a great deal of experience writing imaging, graphics and video applications, in a wide variety of domains; including military, scientific device manufacturer and shrink wrapped software.

I am comfortable working on-site at a reasonable hourly rate,
but can also give a fixed price bid for work that can be isolated and whose requirements can be defined.

My Resume . The careful reader will notice that i prefer short term contracts. I like short term projects. They keep me challenged.
